The Acting Chief
Dr Vicky Hards is the Acting Director and head vulcanologist at the Montserrat Volcano Observatory. She was hoping the Volcano would blow sooner rather than later. Her wish came true when Mt Soufriere blew two weeks after we'd been there -May 20, 2006.
