Floating classroom

The Carriacou Regatta Festival. This regatta has been running for 41 years. It was started as a salute to traditional working boats and by the number of entrants this year it was a terrific sucess.

sv Nancy Dawson

David crewed on board sv Nancy Dawson with Skipper Randy for the Round the Island race. She's a 42 foot Cheoy Lee Clipper. It was a long race - 5 and half hours and 28 nm. The wind died half way through and they had to battle againt a strong current around the north end of the island. The boys came 3rd overall out of 24. Photo:Susan Brown
